Do you use Sub-Contractors?
Yes, Done Right Inc. 90’ Inc. uses insured and trusted subtractors. We do use a Roof Removal Company, Genesis Roof Removal, for most jobs.
Do you have Workmen’s Compensation?
Absolutley! Done Right Inc. 90’ Inc carries Workers Compensation Insurance with State Funding.
What kind of Warranty do you offer?
Done Right Inc. 90’ offers a 15 Year Transferrable Warranty (in the unlikely event of a defect in workmanship).
What is the Smallest Job you do?
We have a $80 minimum for repairs. We perform all sorts of maintenance on roofs and gutters.
Is a permit required for re-roofing?
Yes, most cities have attached requirements for various code compliances to the final approval of any permit. Done Right Inc. 90 will secure the permit as required for re-roofing, and additionally complete your new roof such that it exceed all expectations and pass all inspections.
What is your Payment Policy?
40% payment is due after completion of half of the job and the remaining balance is due after the job is Done Right. We accept credit cards, and have 6 months same as cash on certian roofs.
Do you remove the existing roof?
Not always. It can be greener to leave it in place and install over it, (one less roof in a landfill).
Do you install insulation?
Yes, Done Right is certified by Owens Corning for blown-in insulation.
What about Clean-Up?
We clear it all, Done Right Inc. 90’assures that no debries or hazards are left behind on site.
Is there a Required Down Payment?
Yes. Done Right Inc. 90’ Inc requires 10% or $1,000 up front, (whichever is less).
Do you instal Skylights?
Sure Thing. ”You pick it, We put it in!“ The best time to install a new skylight is during the installation of your new roof. We can additionally install Suntunnels.
Do you have a license number?
Ofcourse, Done Right Inc. 90’s State of California Contractor's License Number is 774962. Done Right Inc. 90’s Classifications Include:
C39 Roofing, C43 Sheet Metal, B General Contractor.
Do you have Auto Insurance?
All of Done Right Inc. 90’s trucks and vans are insured by State Farm. All drivers are licensed and insured.
How about Liability Insurance?
We have that aswell, Done Right Inc. 90 is a licensed and insured company that carries 1,000,000 in liability insurance.
What Type of Gutters do you install?
We install Steel 26 Gague Gutters, ready for paint.
How long will my new roof last?
Your new roof will last 25 years, (likely even longer).
Is my roof renewable?
It’s possible, we can renew Metacrylic roofing.
Do you install Attic Fans?
Yes, both electric and solar.
